My order says it was delivered, but I never received it.Updated a year ago

Contact your local USPS post office or FedEx; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at [email protected] ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.
